the Ladder of success
Within the Vision we have established four steps that allow us to work effectively in ministry: Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send. We call these steps “The Ladder of Success”. Just as plants need four fundamental elements (nitrogen, potassium, lime and phosphoric acid) in order to grow and bear fruit, likewise the G12 Vision needs four steps to be fruitful. We explain these steps in detail below.

Reaching new people for Jesus through sharing the Gospel

Taking care of the new believer in the same way a parent takes care of a newborn baby. During this process their faith is affirmed through a personal Encounter with Jesus.
Reproducing the character of Christ in disciples and equipping them with the necessary tools so that they can become successful leaders who multiply and reproduce the Vision.
The moment where new leaders are empowered to step into the ministry and fulfill the Great Commission.

we are the light
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. Matthew 5:14-15
Starts: when the new believer attends the first Life Class session.
Ends: when that person registers for Life Class and attends the first Life Class meeting, where the process of consolidation begins.
WINNING ROUTE
Welcome Call
The new person is welcomed and motivated to receive Jesus ​​in their heart by praying the prayer of salvation.
Prayer of Salvation
The new person prays and receives Jesus ​​as his Lord and Savior, affirming their faith in CHRIST.
Collect details
The first mission of the leader is to take all the basic details of the new person (name and surname, telephone number, place of residence and prayer request), in order to stay in contact and pray for their needs.
Call
The second mission of the leader is to call the new believer in order to show genuine interest and arrange a personal visit.
Visit
The third mission of the leader is to visit the new believer with the purpose of strengthening their friendship and also reaching out to their needs by showing them the power of the kingdom of GOD.
Cell Group
The fourth mission of the leader is to make sure that the new believer regularly attends a cell group so that they can grow spiritually and get introduced to the Christian life.
Life Class Registration
The fifth and last mission of the leader is to verify that the new believer attends Life Class. This is a crucial moment for the new believer because it is where they can have a personal encounter with Jesus and receive total transformation.

Starts: when a new person’s attendance in a cell group, church meeting or evangelistic campaign is registered.
Ends: when the person attends the first session of Destiny Training, where the process of discipleship begins.
CONSOLIDATION ROUTE
Pre - Encounter
Four classes of Lifeclass that aim to prepare the new believer so that they can have the life changing experience of a personal encounter with Jesus.
Encounter
This is where the new believer has the most wonderful experience that any human being can have. During the encounter the new believer receives salvation, inner healing, freedom, fullness of the Holy Spirit and vision, in order to have a new life in Christ.
Post - Encounter
The remaining classes of Lifeclass with the objective that the new believer does not give up or weak in their faith after the encounter.
Baptism
In this final step thousands of men and women seal their faith and commitment to Jesus. It brings a powerful assurance to their lives where they feel that they are truly loved by the Father. They also receive the power of the Holy Spirit, who will guide them in their walk with God.
WE ARE ALWAYS LEARNING
​Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20
Starts: when a person attends the first session of Destiny Training.
Ends: when a person attends the Re Encounter, which is also the end of Destiny Training.
DISCIPLING ROUTE
Destiny Training Classes
These classes always have three fundamental pillars:

Connect: Present the topic of the class in an interesting and creative way, so that the students open their hearts to the teaching.

Conceive: This is the moment where the students receive the teaching and achieve a real understanding of the subject, through material that they enjoy studying and analyzing.

Create: This is the moment when students will have the opportunity to express what they have learned in a creative and personal way.
Graduati-on
The student is able to graduate when he or she finishes the entire course and is ready to have a Re Encounter with the Lord in order to begin reproducing the Vision and the teachings that they have received.
Re - Encounter
This is a unique experience with Jesus ​​where our consecration to the Lord is reaffirmed and we accept the calling of God upon our life to extend His kingdom.

Starts: when a leader is being sent after being anointed during the Re Encounter and is commissioned to open a cell group.
Ends: When a person is being sent, he starts to walk in his calling with the goal to constantly grow and to continue reproducing the vision in others, which is why there is no specific moment when this ends.
SENDING ROUTE
Supervise and Reproduce
When a leader assumes his calling, they begin to supervise the work that was handed to them by the Father. With their leadership they begin to impact, bear much fruit and reproduce in others with the objective to extend the kingdom of Godand fulfil the great commission.
